Good morning campers!!

it's a lovely endorphine filled morning here at camp fatty be gone! i'm sitting here eating my protein bar and having some coffee (yay!!) and i have a tip for some crunches for you!! lay on the floor and cross your leg. put your hands behind your head and do 20 crunches to one side (towards your knee) then switch and do the other side for 20. when you are done with that, lay down and bend your knees and put your hands palm side down at your sides and do 20 more crunches. you only want to go up a little bit...don't do a complete sit up or you're doing it wrong.

later today or tomorrow i'll post a couple of recipes for smoothies and protein bars and tell you another exercise you can do at home. :)

weekend went too fast!

I went to spend some time with my mom and my nephew today. we went to the wildlife sanctuary. it was a nice day!
tomorrow is coming too fast. i don't really feel like working out anymore. is that bad?

ok ...now we're cookin!

alright, i'm back on track. not that i fell off the track, but i don't feel so crappy about this week anymore. friday is the weigh in...according to MY scale, i'm down 6...we'll see how that goes on friday. one person is out. but we get to keep our gym membership which is nice. the part i don't like about working out is the muscles that are constantly sore. for example...we have to do lunges. 15-20 of them. with weights. so as you go down, your arms come up with the weights and i HATE doing them. screw you lunges! lol. today i was on the radio again.
they want us calling in a couple of times a week. i'm also partially famous in california now. *L* there's a program on tuesday nights on bravo called "workout". if you haven't seen it, what's your problem? *L* they do the very same exact workout/training that we do at the gym. catch it. just remember to do 15-20 reps...not 4 like they show haha.

monday blahs!

i feel really discouraged today. I went in for my workout/training and i feel like
i did crappy. then we got the chance to weigh in today. i lost a pound. ONE POUND. what's that about? i've been busting my butt trying to do this stupid thing, getting up at 4 in the morning to workout, trying my hardest and i lose a pound. great...let's keep that up and see if in 2015 i can be a good size. i'm not going to quit, but i don't feel as good today as i did the other times when i got done working out.

tomorrow morning is coming too fast! i wonder if we weigh in tomorrow...i hope so.
that would be cool to find out if i lost anything...according to them, not me.
i can feel my double chin going away...which is always nice. slow and steady wins the race. i also have to remember my food diary tomorrow...well food diary papers haha. i'll write more in the morning :)

it's almost monday!

as the time gets closer, i am getting a little nervous. what if i am setting myself up to fail? what if i can't get up at 415 to work out. i mean...how many people REALLY do that? i'm kind of nervous about the whole deal. hopefully i won't over sleep. that would be bad.
